STANDARDIZATION -
Each customer has its own
customized hardware, serial number numbering system, port labeling,
system tests, kits and shipping.
TESTING -
Veytec can install and test your
application software in a test bed facility that replicates your
field location. This test is designed with each customer, in
order to fully test all aspects of the hardware used in the application.
SUPPORT -
We have an online database of all
systems produced along with the individual components for tracking
warranty and support.
UPGRADE -
Veytec also keeps a history of all
software operating system versions and licenses shipped. We can
assist the customer in the software upgrade of systems in the field.
SPECIALIZED
INSTALLATION KITS -
Veytec will also package
installation kits including written and graphic instructions.
These kits include cables, connectors and specialized labeling as
needed to meet your specifications. These kits and other
peripherals can be drop shipped with the server to your locations. |
